Culture Transformation is a Top-Down Problem that Needs a Bottom-Up Solution


Arguably, the most important thing that leaders do is to create and transform organizational cultures. As human capital partners, we have a responsibility to help them do this, and the task goes far beyond engineering a highly engaging workplace. The challenge is most pronounced when it comes to shifting the mindsets in an organization - the foundation of “culture transformation". In this brief talk, Levi Nieminen, PhD, will describe how coaching is a necessary vehicle for catalyzing this type of change through the core of organizations and how new research on social change is illuminating the scale that is needed to achieve a lasting impact.
