Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, Nielsen

Audrey Yi is Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion at Nielsen.  In this role, Audrey leads talent management and diversity initiatives to develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive workforce.  Additionally, Audrey leads efforts to build our diversity and inclusion momentum beyond the US. 

Audrey joined Nielsen in 2012.  Prior to joining the Diversity & Inclusion team, Audrey held positions within Human Resources focused on Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Talent Management.  Audrey led efforts on defining Nielsen’s Employee Experience, reimagining Nielsen’s Performance Management approach, and digitizing Nielsen’s talent management approach and processes.  Prior to Nielsen, Audrey was a management consultant at Bain & Company.  In addition to her time in consulting, Audrey worked at Texas High School Project, an education nonprofit focused on improving high school education in STEM.

Audrey holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Economics from Rice University.  She is a trained co-active coach and is currently pursuing her coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute.  Audrey lives in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina with her husband and daughter.
