Barbara Gamm has been the manager for two executive global leadership programs at Ford Motor Company for four years. Based in Dearborn, Michigan, in addition to being a project manager for numerous best-in-class initiatives, during this time she led a global team in a complete redesign of a leadership program and ran the pilot in China. This new program was the highlight of the i4ccp article in 2016: “How Ford Used i4cps Next Practices to Redesign Global Leadership Development.”
Prior to her time at Ford, Barb spent almost a decade in business management consulting in the field turning around failing businesses in the US and Canada, working her way up to Director of Talent Management for the largest privately-held consulting firm in North America. In addition, the first 15 years of her career were spent in healthcare management and administration including University of Michigan Hospital and running her own allied health clinic in her hometown of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
When she isn’t spending time with her 16 nieces and nephews and 17 grand nieces and nephews, Barb is watching old movies, going to the symphony and major league baseball games, reading books on world leaders and military history, and travelling every chance she gets.
