With 15 years in HR, Carrie has firmly established herself as a strategic leader with proven ability to leverage HR & Staffing Strategy with business results. After 6 years with AT&T where Carrie created a multi-award winning, truly integrated interactive recruitment marketing program (social, mobile, digital), she transitioned to Samsung Mobile to lead their Employment Branding, Recruiting Strategy and Operations. Additionally, Carrie taught at the adjunct & professional development levels in Business Management & HR & is a popular "in the trenches" speaker at many of the national industry conferences to include being a top-ranked, repeat speaker for SHRM. In addition to her speaking credits, she has been quoted in publications such as The New York Post & Workforce Today. She is also often named as one of the top people to follow in Social Media Recruiting, most recently recognized as a Glassdoor "Talent Warrior" as well as recognition in SmartRecruiters and as one of the #nifty50 top women in technology to follow on Twitter. Carrie serves on the Board of Directors for DirectEmployers Organization, was a founding Board Member serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for AT&T's newest and second largest Employee Resource Group for generations (oxyGEN) & served on the steering committee for the HR Policy Association responsible for the development of jobipedia.org. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an MBA with an emphasis in HR & received her Senior Professional in HR designation in 2007. Carrie is very involved in her local community, spearheading a major tornado relief center in 2010 to provide everything from household items & furniture to families impacted. She has also organized local fundraising events that center around her passions for sports.
