Chris Frost has his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Managing Associate Shaker International. Chris joined Shaker in 2012. While with Shaker, Chris has worked with a variety of companies to develop assessment content, conduct job analyses, and ultimately create a valid and highly customized assessment. In addition to working with a variety of fortune 100 companies, Chris has worked closely with some of the largest financial institutions in the United States. He works closely with these institutions to understand their constantly changing industry and creates new assessment content that aligns with their evolving assessment needs.
