Christine Gilberto is Senior Consultant, Talent Development at Turner, a Time
Warner Company. In that role Christine is responsible for driving the company’s
performance management and succession planning initiatives, overseeing
participant selection for key executive development programs, and providing
consultation for the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Christine joined
Turner in 2007 as a human resources business partner and has worked with
businesses such as Cartoon Network, Turner Sports and Bleacher Report, as well as
number of corporate functions including global finance and accounting, legal,
properties and physical security.
Prior to joining Turner, Christine was the Human Resources Manager for
Definition6, a digital marketing agency in Atlanta. There she provided human
resources leadership for a variety of functions including IT support, software
development, creative services, account management, and sales. Christine began
her career in human resources with Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment firm
wholly owned by Wells Fargo and headquartered in New York City.
Christine earned Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University and a
Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch
College. She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification. Christine
lives in the Jacksonville, Florida area with her husband and son. She plays tennis
and is an avid sports fan.
