As CEO I spend my time on People, Product and Profit in that order - something like 40/40/20. Generally I think that if I look after our people and help our product team execute on a great product vision then profits will work themselves out. So when I'm not in front of a client, you'll find me working with our HR team, connecting with RG people around the world or blogging or speaking about Company Culture, Leadership and Employee Engagement.
Running a high growth technology company certainly has it's challenges and I'm fortunate to work with an incredible team. RG itself is a wonderful place to work and I often think I'm the luckiest CEO alive. We have over 330 dynamic, passionate, smart, enthusiastic people in London, Leeds, Birmingham, Sydney, Melbourne, Boston, Plovdiv and Skopje. They all work their socks off every day for our clients and I love working with them and seeing them develop. Their performance is what I'm most proud of.

Out of work I support a number of small charities. I'm a Friend of the Terrence Higgins Trust and I'm also a trustee of the wonderful charity Trees for Cities. I split my time between Boston & London although sometimes people think I live in the cloud.
