Greg Bourland brings a diverse background of senior-level Human Resource experiences. He is currently
the Director of Human Resources for the Rhythm Management Group at Boston Scientific, responsible
for 3500 employees with his team of HR managers. Additionally, Greg is member of the Adjunct
Faculty at Bethel University where he develops and teaches HR and leadership courses in the MBA and
undergraduate business programs.
Greg has an MBA in HR Management from the University of St. Thomas. He has obtained certificates
as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS),
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
He has also been a certified Lean Instructor, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, and previously volunteered
as an Examiner with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program. He enjoys being a guest
speaker and lecturer, such as at Cornell University and the University of Minnesota.
