Julie Betts is responsible for driving the enterprise learning strategy within NCR Corporation – a Fortune 500 company and a global leader in omni-channel solutions, turning everyday interactions with businesses into exceptional experiences. She leads the creation, management, and execution of learning initiatives across all industries and functional areas within NCR.
Julie has more than 15 years of experience in the learning industry, the last 8 years of which she has held various roles within NCR’s talent development organization.
Prior to being appointed to her current position in 2016, Julie served as the sales strategic learning business partner for NCR’s two largest industry segments, Retail and Financial Services, with responsibility for creating a sales learning strategy that helped to enable the global sales organization and, ultimately, drive business results.
In 2017, Julie was awarded a Silver Stevie award for Sales Education Leader of the year.
Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology Studies from the Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan.
