Megan is People Data Analyst who supports Dropbox’s People team (a.k.a., Human Resources) in a survey research capacity. She leads employee lifecycle research and program management of internal survey research.
From a boutique research firm to Nielsen to Dropbox, Megan has spent the last ten years working through the ins and outs of survey research (stakeholder management, questionnaire design, analysis of results, and presentation of findings) for both internal and external clients across numerous industries.
Megan has facilitated countless successful transformations of survey results into implemented actions through stakeholder management and continual improvements to reporting techniques.
Megan holds a Masters degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tulane University.
