Nicole Morrett is the Manager of Talent Management at The Timken Company. She is responsible for leading continuous performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion (D&I), associate engagement, career pathing and planning, the tuition reimbursement program, and all SuccessFactors talent modules.
For over 10 years, Nicole Morrett has held a variety of talent leadership roles for organizations ranging from a contracting firm to the top 50 of Fortune’s 500 companies. She has served a diverse set of industries, from thermoplastics and defense manufacturing and machining, to banking, food & beverage, insurance, and non-profits.
Nicole served as Co-Founder and Director of Experience, BTG, a non-profit organization focused on the development and career pathing of recent college graduates with generalized degrees. Morrett has been a speaker and panel participant covering the talent challenges that manufacturing organizations are facing, and the unique ways we can position our organization to attract, engage, develop and retain top talent.
