Rhoda Milam has been with T-Mobile’s HR team for the past 7 years in the business partner function. She is currently an HR Director leading a team of highly talented HRBP professionals. Rhoda has spent most of her T-Mobile tenure supporting different Technology functions until recently when she took on her current role supporting the CFO, Head General Counsel, and EVP, Corporate Services. Rhoda has over 15 years’ HR experience in multiple specializations including Recruiting, HR Systems & Analytics, and HR Program Management. Prior to joining T-Mobile she had HR roles at Avanade, BECU and Washington Mutual.
Some of Rhoda’s most recent accomplishments include designing and executing T-mobile’s new approach to Performance Management aka AMP which was a collaborative effort with a few of her colleagues. Rhoda also serves as a mentor in the Women’s Leadership Network at T-Mobile and has been trained as an executive coach through CCL’s coaching program.
Rhoda holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in HR Management and an SPHR certification. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with her 5-year old daughter.
