Ross is a leading expert in the area of Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics. He currently functions as GE Aviation’s Strategic Workforce Planning leader where he heads a global workforce planning COE. He specializes in transforming operational workforce planning processes into business integrated Strategic Workforce Planning functions. Ross has presented and lectured at various organizational and industry events and has received numerous accolades for his accomplishments in Strategic Workforce Planning. Key to his success is his ability to use big data for predictive modeling that leverages data visualization techniques to tell a simplified story for stakeholders and business leaders.
Prior to GE Aviation, Ross specialized in Strategic Workforce Planning as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting and as the Leader of Strategic Workforce Planning at Devon Canada Corp. Notable accomplishments in his tenures include spearheaded the implementation of a newly created Workforce Planning & Analytics function and designing and implementing a workforce optimization model that increased organizational productivity through optimal employee experience levels.
Ross holds an MBA from Temple University’s Fox school of business and an MA in HR from The University of Oklahoma. In addition, he is currently working towards his MSc. in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University
