US Leader of PwC's People and Organization practice for Tax, comprising services in retirement and health & welfare benefits, total compensation, HR transactions, and people analytics (Saratoga benchmarks, employee surveys, dashboards, and predictive analytics). In this role, he helps clients to implement organizational transformation, improve the effectiveness of their workforce, develop and move talent around their business and manage their human capital risks. Scott joined PwC in 2003 after serving as the Global Leader of Towers Watson’s Executive Compensation practice. Scott has extensive experience as a consultant to managements and boards in the areas of corporate governance, executive compensation strategy, and incentive design and performance measurement (selection and calibration of financial and non-financial metrics for incentive plans). He received his BS in Economics and BA in Mathematics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
