Sean Junor is the Manager of Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition at Cameco Corporation. Over the past ten years, Sean’s responsibilities within human resources have evolved and expanded to include talent acquisition, human capital technology deployment, strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics.
He has lead a series of SuccessFactors implementations including Onboarding, Recruitment Management, Succession Management and Workforce Analytics and Planning.
Sean began his career at the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation in Montreal as a senior research and policy officer, where he co-authored a number of highly regarded publications and books, including The Price of Knowledge (Usher & Junor, 2004).
Sean possesses a BA in political science from the University of Saskatchewan and a Masters of Public Administration from Queens University. He has presented at numerous technology and mining conferences and chaired a series of workforce planning events in North America. Sean is active on many community and industry boards at the regional, provincial and national level and calls Saskatoon home.
