Stosh serves as Senior Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership, primarily designing and delivering custom programs for clients.  Two enduring passions dominate Stosh’s life: a love for people, and a relentless yearning to impact them.  His peak satisfactions and accomplishments stem from the moments in which he has been able to combine these passions to serve and influence individuals and organizations in meaningful ways.  In pursuit of this ideal, Stosh has pursued and attained leadership and advisory positions that have enabled him to challenge others, and be challenged by them, to take life to the next level of intimacy, commitment, engagement, and productivity. The forging of these partnerships drives his leadership and business ethic, based on his firm conviction that contributing his talents and soliciting those of others is the best way to greatness.

Stosh began his career in traditional education settings, serving as a classroom teacher for middle and high school students.  After those experiences, Stosh worked in higher education, designing and teaching courses on leadership.  From there, he enjoyed nearly a decade of consulting experience before joining the largest credit union in Illinois (8B in assets) to oversee their organizational development and internal communication functions.  Over the course of his career, he has served others in non-profit and for-profit organizations, including many Fortune 500 companies.  His experience as a coach, consultant, trainer, speaker and writer spans a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, automotive, government, retail and manufacturing.  He also has experience serving and chairing non-profit boards.

Stosh is an expert in strengths-based organizational development, including executive coaching, leadership, employee engagement, talent and performance management, having spent thousands of hours with clients in each. His speaking resume includes 2 TEDx talks (Lead Like They’re Dying and #30forothers), and he is the author of "Along the Way: Leadership Stories from Everyday Life" (2012), "Five Questions You Must Ask Your Team" (Gallup Business Journal May 2013), and "Leadership is More Than the C-Suite" (Gallup Business Journal September 2013).
