Tami Mann

Tami is originally from Duluth, MN and grew up, just outside Louisville, KY. She is a hospitality veteran with over 30 years experience and has recruited leadership positions all over the world. She cut her teeth in the HR field while on her 13 year journey, working at Hard Rock Cafe International from 1992-2005.

Prior to joining Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO), Tami was Director of Operations & Career Coach for Navigator Executive Advisors where she was recognized as an industry expert and was blessed with the opportunity to assist others during the recession, through coaching & facilitating workshops focused on networking, resume writing and job skills. During that time, she was featured on Orlando’s WKMG, channel 6 and consulted on a piece about Women & Salary Negotiations. Prior to Navigator, she played a pivotal role in establishing the Recruiting department for Ruth’s Chris Steak House when they transitioned their offices from New Orleans to Orlando after Hurricane Katrina.

Tami joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership 4 years ago when the company was beginning to experience a rebuilding phase, after the recession. She began her Wyndham career by hiring & leading a regional team of recruiters, responsible for hiring over 3,000 resort associates per year. She transitioned in to hiring the resort leadership positions across the U.S. and was instrumental in building the foundation of their current Leadership Recruiting team. In 2012, she was promoted to Director of the Corporate Staffing, where she has been leading a team through the transformation from transactional to consultative business partners and is responsible for the talent acquisition of top talent in all corporate-like positions.

Tami is a proud mother of 2 amazing children. They all enjoy skiing, traveling, camping, boating and doing anything together, that has to do with the great outdoors or a body of water.
